About

We’re hosting a Women’s Health Workshop at USC.


This session is designed to give you a clearer understanding of your body and how that connects to training, recovery, and everyday life.


To guide the conversation, we’ve invited a group of professionals who work in women’s health and performance:

  • MJ – USC member and physiotherapist

  • Pri – USC member and psychology student currently completing her Masters in Women’s Health

  • Kirsty – Owner and physiotherapist at Physiologix

  • Anna – Women’s health dietitian from Ideal Nutrition


Together they’ll help cover topics such as:

  • Understanding the menstrual cycle

  • Perimenopause, menopause & post-menopause

  • Training considerations across different life stages

  • Pelvic floor health — what it is and why it matters

  • Nutrition for energy, mood & recovery


This workshop is free for all USC members.


You’re welcome to bring a friend from outside the gym as well - this is open to our extended community.

This workshop is about building that understanding.
