Service Description
Got aches or injuries slowing you down? Don't sit out or lose progress—let's fix that together. Join us for a two-hour Rehab & Performance Workshop led by Resilience Rehab (RRP). You'll get a firsthand look at how our in-house rehab system is helping members train pain-free, move better, and build strength without setbacks. The team will walk you through how they assess and modify training to keep you moving, making sure injuries don’t derail your progress. They’ll also bust some of the biggest pain and injury myths, so you can understand why traditional recovery methods like rest, ice, and outdated rehab approaches might be doing more harm than good. You’ll see practical demonstrations of the most effective training modifications that USC members are already using to stay in the game, lift better, and keep making progress. Plus, you’ll hear real stories from members who have experienced the benefits of this approach firsthand. This session is casual, hands-on, and packed with practical takeaways you can apply immediately—whether you're working through an injury or just want to train smarter.
