What it is:
The USC Games launched in 2023 as a way for our community to come together, push boundaries, and compete in a day full of energy, fun, and teamwork.

This year, we’re shaking things up! While it’s still a competition, we’re turning the focus to team spirit and good vibes. It’s all about challenging yourself, supporting your teammates, and embracing the excitement of the day. You’ll get to tackle a variety of events that play to your strengths, with each team splitting the challenges based on what suits them best—no matter your fitness level.

After last year’s success, we’re taking things to the next level, and we’re excited to share this epic day with you and our growing USC community!
Event Details
Time, Location & Dress Code
Introduction & Warm Up: 7am
Events: 7:30 - 9am
Awards & Brunch: 9 - 9:30am

Location: Universal Strength & Conditioning, 200 Settlement Road, The Gap

Dress Code: Team-Coordinated Outfits
(of your choice)
Registration Fee
EARLY BIRD: $35
General Tickets: $50
​
50% of your registration goes straight to charity. The rest will cover the prizes & awards.
​
Early bird tickets will be on sale from Monday March 3 - Saturday March 15.
Physical Events
There will be 6 separate events - 4 known, 2 unknown - to be released on the day! The first 3 known events are individual, in that only 1 team member will complete each.

Known Events:
1. Bench Press AMRAP in 60 sec*
2. Vertical Jump Test*
3. Sit & Reach*
4. Team Bike Challenge

*only 1 person from each team to complete these events
Who we're supporting:
This year we've collaborated with Red Bull and their charity Wings for Life. They support leading research in finding a cure for spinal cord injuries. On Sunday May 4th, they're hosting their annual Wings for Life World Run to raise awareness and funds for the charity. You can find out more here.
Prizes & Awards
In true USC style, there will be plenty of prizes and awards on offer on the day! We've got cash prizes for our Universal Champions, vouchers for all of our winning teams, plus plenty of individual awards and prizes for our MVP, USC Spirit Awards, Best Dressed, plus more on the day!
Event Categories
Universal Champions
All teams will compete in the Universal Champions category. We will have 4 titles:
- Female Champions
- Male Champions
- Mixed Champions
- Universal Champions
Masters of the Universe
For the teams made up of all members over 45 years old, they will qualify for the Masters of the Universe category. There will be only 1 winning team in this category.
