The Focus

Education

What you achieve in the next 8 weeks isn't as important as the knowledge you can carry with you for the rest of your life. That's why we're putting an emphasis on education with exclusive workshops, educational emails, videos and one-on-one coaching support.

Results

This is all about making progress towards your goals. You'll have a one-on-one consult with your coach before the challenge starts and we're so confident we can help you achieve your goals, that as long as you're putting the work in, we'll give your money back if you aren't satisfied with your progress.

Support & Accountability

The final focus is the support and accountability from your coach. Our purpose is to ensure each and every one of you are making sufficient progress towards your goals. We'll be checking in regularly with you and there for any questions you may have along the way.

As an 8 week challenge member, you'll get exclusive access to our 3 x workshops and regular educational emails. You'll also have full access to your personal coach for any questions you have along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this for?

Our 8 week challenge is for absolutely anyone! Anyone looking to make progress towards their goals. Whether this be to building muscle, your general health (weight loss/gain) or to prepare for the USC Combine, the 8 week challenge is an opportunity for you to work one-on-one with a coach and get the guidance + support to fast track your progress. 

Will I miss out by not doing the challenge?

Yes... but not completely. The InBody scans will be made available for all USC members ($25ea) and our training program in the classes will still be the same for those who aren't doing the challenge, you'll just miss out on the education & support of having a personal coach, the workshops, the emails and the community of those striving to make this their best winter.

Does this include membership?

There are 2 separate options for the 8 week challenge, one for current USC members & one for non-members.

Will you do another 8 week challenge?

We can't guarantee that there will be another 8 week challenge at USC. We want to promote the longevity of training & the purpose of making this a long-term commitment, so if you can't commit to the dates of this challenge that's also totally fine - our training will still continue year round! There'll also be more one-off events in the future, just maybe nothing quite as individualised as this challenge.
