The Winter Rise is about showing up for yourself when it would be easier not to. It’s about setting a personal goal, building momentum and rising above the distractions.

With the support of a coach and a community behind you, you’ll come out stronger, more consistent and proud of what you’ve achieved.

We’re not here to throw generic advice at you. Over 8 weeks, we’ll help you build practical, easy-to-use tools around training, nutrition, and mindset - so you’re not just following a plan, you’re learning how to take control of your health. No fluff, just useful systems that last.

Progress You Can See

Whether it’s getting stronger, moving better or simply building consistency - you’ll see the difference. Through regular check-ins and tangible metrics, we’ll help you track what matters most to you, so you can feel the momentum building each week.

Support That Doesn’t Let You Drop Off

You won’t be doing this alone. From your coach to the team training beside you, you’ll have people in your corner who actually care. The structure, encouragement and accountability are all built-in, so when winter tries to knock you off track, you’ll have backup.

Coaching

Work one-on-one with a coach for the duration of your 8 week challenge. You'll get:

As an 8 week challenge member, you'll get exclusive access to our 3 x workshops and regular educational emails. You'll also have full access to your personal coach for any questions you have along the way.
