Our Training Process

All new members receive a FREE 3 CLASS TRIAL PASS to try out our training at USC! For anyone who is interested in our services, whether it be for group training or personal training, our process is:

1. FREE 3 CLASS TRIAL PASS

          - For those interested in the group classes, we offer a free 3 class trial pass to get you started and  

          allow you to try before you buy! 

2. Sign Up for Training

          - Once you then sign up for training, we get all of our members (group & private) to join our 

          training app. This is where you will track all of your progress!

3. Complimentary Consultation

          - Now that you have trialled our classes, we want to get you set up on all of our training processes!

          - We want to get to know you and how we can help you achieve your goals!

          - We also go through an injury history, training background and movement assessment to ensure we

          can deliver you the best possible training experience.
