How to Start Training with Us

At USC, every new member begins with a complimentary consultation. This is our chance to get to know you, understand your goals, and help you map out the best way to get started.

1. Book your consultation

  • Your journey starts with a one-on-one session with one of our coaches. We’ll talk through your goals, training background, and preferences, and answer any questions you may have.

2. We get to know you

  • Before your consult, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so we can better understand what you’re looking for. This helps us tailor your USC experience from day one.

3. Choose your best starting point

  • After your consult, we’ll recommend the approach that best suits your needs — whether that’s our Intro Offer or moving straight into a weekly membership plan.

4. Making the most of USC

  • Once you’re underway, we’ll guide you through everything USC has to offer—our training app, inclusive classes, social events, in-house rehab support, goal-setting consultations, and more. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
