“I started two years ago with my first step back into fitness post-kids. I was always too nervous to try the classic gym exercises, but the team makes fitness accessible to anyone, at any level.”
Mirna S.“I've been welcomed back since a procedure and I feel very supported, with an adjusted program to fit my current ability. They cater for everyone, young, super fit, not so fit, elderly.”
Cecilia W.“Zac and the team helped me rediscover my training mojo. The programming keeps everyone's strength and fitness improving, and lifting outdoors as the sun rises is an amazing way to start the day.”
Dan G.Before intensity, before ego, before the workout. Your training supports your life, not the other way around.
We would rather you train well for years than perfectly for a fortnight.
Two coaches on the floor at every session, so someone sees how you are actually moving.
People drift when life gets messy and nobody notices. We are built to catch that early.
You do not need to be fit, fixed or fearless to start. We coach around where your body actually is, with an exercise physiologist in house.
Junior is our exercise physiologist. He writes the plan and coaches it in the same class as everyone else.
Plenty of our members train postpartum. We set the pace with you, and there is no rushing it.
“Not fit enough to start yet” is exactly who this is built for.
We pick one together at your consult. Most people land on a weekly plan.
Up to two coached classes a week. In-house rehab support.
Up to three a week. The steady rhythm most people settle into.
Every class, every week, including Pilates, Boxing and Run Club.
Class passes and the 4 Week Foundations run-in are there too. See every plan and the timetable.
That is most people who walk in. Every session is scaled, and a coach knows what you are working with before you start, because of the consult. You do not need to get fit first.
Forty five minutes to an hour, coached start to finish, with two coaches on the floor. Some days are strength, some are conditioning, some are both.
No lock-in on weekly plans. Pause or change when life needs it.

Thirty minutes with a coach. What you are after, what has got in the way before, and which session to walk into first. No cost, no hard sell.
If you have trained properly before and would rather feel a session than sit down first, pick a class and we will book you in. One trial class, free.
If you are coming back from an injury, starting again, or not sure what to pick, take the consult instead. Your first session is then built around you.
Turn up ten minutes early the first time. Bring a water bottle. We have the rest.
Straight from our booking system. Classes open two weeks ahead.
Please fill in our pre-training questionnaire before you come in. It covers your training history, any injuries and what you want out of it, so your coach knows what they are working with before you walk on the turf.
