Coached outdoor training · The Gap, Brisbane

Strength training that works around real life.

Routines don't disappear because you stopped caring. They disappear when life gets busy and nobody notices. Coached group training, structured enough for real results and personal enough that you're never just a number.

★★★★★

"I started two years ago with my first step back into fitness post-kids. I was always too nervous to try the classic gym exercises, but the team makes fitness accessible to anyone, at any level."

Mirna S.
★★★★★

"I've been welcomed back since a procedure and I feel very supported, with an adjusted program to fit my current ability. They cater for everyone."

Cecilia W.
★★★★★

"The programming keeps everyone's strength and fitness improving, the community means there's something for everyone, and lifting outdoors as the sun rises is an amazing way to start the day."

Train with us

Three ways in.

Most people start in a group class. If there's an injury or a diagnosis in the picture, start with our exercise physiologist Junior. Kids aged 11 to 16 have the Youth program.

Group classes

Strength, conditioning, boxing, Pilates and Run Club, with two coaches on every session. A session most times of day.

Timetable and prices →

Exercise physiology

Pain, rehab, a diagnosis, or getting back after a long break. A proper assessment and a plan that runs alongside your training, not away from it.

Exercise physiology →

Youth

Strength and conditioning for kids of high-school age, Mondays and Thursdays. First session free. Plus the Youth Academy in the school holidays.

How USC works

What you can expect from us.

Properly coached training that fits into a real life, with a team that actually notices you. Calm, clear, and built around the person in front of us.

The person comes first

Before intensity, before ego, before the workout. Your training supports your life, not the other way around.

Consistency over perfection

We'd rather you train well for years than perfectly for a fortnight. Small, steady wins are what actually last.

Coaching, not instructing

Two coaches on the floor at every session, so we see how you're actually moving and it stays personal, even in a group.

You get noticed, not lost

People don't drift because they're lazy. They drift when life gets messy and no one notices. We're built to catch that early.
