The Outline

The 4 weeks of classes leading up to the USC Season, will be labelled our USC Pre-Season. These sessions will be structured to prepare you for what's to come and to give you the opportunity to earn your free season ticket

The USC Season will run over 4 weeks, made up of 3 weekly events. Our goal is to increase your training motivation during winter, bring our community together and create some friendly rivalries!

  1. Each week there will be 2 mid-week events. These will occur during the classes, however you won't know which class until you arrive on the day. This way you have to come along to find out!

  2. Within your team, the score will be taken from your best recorded participant, however each member can only be recorded once per week. Therefore you have to share the workload!

  3. Saturday sessions will be team challenges, but in mixed teams - competing with & against your opponents. Your scores will still be recorded for your respective teams.

  4. The final Saturday (16 Sep) will be a team vs team workout, where you will compete with your team against the others! Please ensure your whole team can make it to class on this Saturday!
