Hyrox Open Training

These sessions are designed as 'Open Training' times, meaning you will have the opportunity to complete your own Hyrox training during these sessions and there won't be an active coach running them. We will be there to help you out in knowing what to do and planning these sessions, but encourage you to take control of having a plan coming into these Hyrox training sessions. All USC members have access to a complimentary consultation with a coach to talk about their training plan, so please take that up if you'd like some support!
