Structured training for young athletes and beginners — focused on building strength, movement, and confidence the right way.
What the Program Is

Our Youth Strength & Conditioning program runs year-round on Mondays & Thursdays (4:15–5:00pm).
​
It’s designed for high school–aged athletes and beginners who want to:

Build strength that transfers into sport

Improve movement quality and coordination
-
Learn how to train properly in a gym environment

Develop consistency and confidence over time
​
Sessions follow a structured, progressive program, so each week builds on the last — no random workouts, no guesswork.
​
Everything is fully coached by qualified strength & conditioning coaches and exercise scientists.

Youth Program

No prior gym experience needed.

We’re currently building out options for younger athletes.

We’ll be running a Youth Holiday Program during the June/July school holidays, and are also planning future sessions for this age group.
