Youth Strength & Conditioning

Structured training for young athletes and beginners — focused on building strength, movement, and confidence the right way.

What the Program Is

​

Our Youth Strength & Conditioning program runs year-round on Mondays & Thursdays (4:15–5:00pm).

​

It’s designed for high school–aged athletes and beginners who want to:

​

  • Build strength that transfers into sport

  • Improve movement quality and coordination

  • Learn how to train properly in a gym environment

  • Develop consistency and confidence over time

​

Sessions follow a structured, progressive program, so each week builds on the last — no random workouts, no guesswork.

​

Everything is fully coached by qualified strength & conditioning coaches and exercise scientists.

Youth Program

  • Kids already playing sport who want to improve performance

​

  • Beginners who want to learn how to train properly

​

  • Anyone looking for a structured, supportive environment to build strength

​

No prior gym experience needed.

​

This program is for kids of high-school age.

We’re currently building out options for younger athletes.

​

We’ll be running a Youth Holiday Program during the June/July school holidays, and are also planning future sessions for this age group.
