Sip & Stretch is a relaxed, social recovery session designed to help you slow down, move gently, and switch off — together.


We’ll guide you through an easy, feel-good stretch session, followed by time to hang out, chat, and unwind with the USC crew. Bring along a drink of your choice (alcoholic or not), get comfortable, and enjoy a different side of training that’s all about connection and recovery.


No fitness level required.

No expectations.

Just a chance to move, breathe, and enjoy the space together.


Perfect if you’ve had a big training week — or just want a chilled way to spend an afternoon with the community.
