If you're managing pain, unsure how to train around an injury, or not progressing the way you should be, a consult gives you clarity and a plan you can actually follow.
A proper look at what's going on, what it's stopping you doing, and what you want back.
Clear next steps you can understand, with the version of each movement that works for you now.
If you train with us, your coaches know the plan before your next class. If you don't, you leave with a plan you can run anywhere, and Junior checks it with you at your next session.
Shorter subsequent sessions as you progress, so load goes up when it should and holds when it shouldn't.
Chronic conditions, coming back after surgery or illness, DVA and NDIS participants, and anyone unsure how to exercise safely right now. Junior works with you whether you go on to exercise physiology sessions, our classes, or both.
Exercise physiology for DVA clients and NDIS participants, with the plan written for the goals in your funding.
Diabetes, heart and lung conditions, arthritis, osteoporosis, persistent pain. Safe, structured exercise that fits the condition.
If you've been told to exercise and don't know what's safe, this is the place to find out.
A longer subsequent session for ongoing support and program progression.
BookMembers: in-house rehab support is part of every plan. Talk to a coach or message us in the app and we'll get you in with Junior.
Junior has been coaching since 2018 and heads up rehab at USC. He meets each person where they're at, builds the plan, and then coaches it in the same classes everyone else trains in.
