Every session at USC has two coaches on it, so someone always has time to ask how you're going and change the version if you need it. Here's who you'll meet.
Zac started coaching in 2016 and opened USC in 2022, on the idea that a group session should still feel like it was written for you. He is on the floor most days, and he would rather know what your week looks like than what your max is. He has raced himself, including the 2026 Hyrox World Championships, so he knows what being coached feels like from the other side.
Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science · ASCA Level 1
Junior has coached since 2018 and runs rehab at USC. When there is pain, an injury or a diagnosis in the picture, he builds the plan, then coaches it in the same class everyone else is in. He also sees people one on one.
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Broden runs the Youth Academy. His view is that a fourteen-year-old deserves the same coaching a senior athlete gets: learn the patterns properly, get tested, take home a plan. He knows what that looks like, because outside USC he is a strength and conditioning coach with the Brisbane Lions Academy, testing and monitoring academy-level AFL players. On the adult floor he has the evening Strength and Conditioning sessions.
Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science
Meaghan has the early Strength sessions through the week, and Pilates on Saturday mornings. If you train at five, you will see a lot of her. She came to USC from three years of teaching kids to swim, and is studying clinical exercise physiology at QUT.
Studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology · Certificate III in Fitness
Kasey was a USC member before she was a USC coach, so she remembers what the first month feels like from the other side. She takes morning Strength through the week, the afternoon Strength and Conditioning, and Pilates.
Certificate III in Fitness · Certificate II in Sport and Recreation
Nathalie trained at USC before she coached here, and officially joined the coaching team in 2026. She coaches across Strength and Pilates. If you are at the Monday 5am, she is your coach.
Studying a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, second year
Two coaches on every class means someone always has time to ask how you're going. If something's cranky, tell us at the start and we'll change the version, not the movement. And the next morning we'll ask how it pulled up, because that answer shapes next week.
A complimentary 30-minute consult with a coach. What you're after, what's been getting in the way, and which class you'd like to walk into first. No hard sell, no commitment.
